WHat KIND OF EXTENSIONS DO YOU USE?

The extensions that our certified stylists use last 12-20 weeks on average, largely depending on at-home upkeep. Extension installations range between $250-$2000, depending on the desired result to and state of your natural hair A consultation is required prior to booking the installation appointment itself. We use the finest keratin bond (k tip) and silk weft extensions and always match the hair to your exact color. For k tip extensions, each cycle of the extensions requires a new batch of hair to be installed, as keratin bonded extensions are not able to be reused. Removals are quick, easy, and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

Aftercare?

After installation, we recommend waiting 24 hours before washing your hair.

With silk weft extensions wait a week before putting it into high pony tail to allow a little bit of regrowth for an easy flip.

With your extensions in, you will still be able to heat style, blow dry, or air dry as you normally would.

Be gentle when brushing and styling your hair.

Losing a few extensions is to be expected if the time frame is exceeded, and is harmless to your natural hair.

Apply heat protectant to the hair before any heat styling

A good hair oil is recommended for all extensions to keep the integrity of the hair to last longer. We recommend glossy nectar by Oway or Ever oil by Reverie.

avoid leaving your hair up in a wet bun after washing, which can breakdown the keratin bonds faster and lead to premature shedding.

avoid any fine-toothed combs or brushes near the bonds

avoid using any hot tools directly on the bond

avoid sunscreen on the extensions as this can alter the hair color

avoid silicones

Due to the cost of materials and time devoted to providing this service, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit which will be paid at the time of booking and applied to your service day-of.
